How do I sign in / create account?

Move your mouse over the menu icon – – at the top-left of the screen, and click My Account. Once the new page loads, enter the required information in the specified fields.

What is my Password?

If you previously created a Radiant RG-CELL account but you have forgotten your password, proceed to My Account and click on “Lost your password?” You will need to provide the email address that you used when you created the account to reset your password.

How do I change the address, password, or email that Radiant RG-CELL has on file for me?

To change any of the details stored in your account profile, sign in to your Radiant RG-CELL Account, where you have the option to “edit your password and account details”, including your name, last name, email. All billing and shipping details can be also managed from your account dashboard.

Is my information secure?

How do I know if an item is available?

Stock availability is updated regularly. If a product you try to order is out of stock, it will be reflected on the product page. You will be able to choose a back order option, or an option to receive an email notice once an out of stock product is available

How long will offers on Radiant RG-CELL Store be available?

Some of our offers are only valid for a limited time. But we’re always adding great new offers to our site, so make sure to check back often.

Do you send order confirmations?

Yes, after submitting your order, you will see a Purchase Confirmation screen, which you may want to print for your records. In addition, we will send you another email confirmation after your order has shipped to track delivery of your package.

What if I am having trouble ordering from your online store?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow up to two business days for order processing and five to seven business days for shipping in the US. Orders shipped outside of the US are typically delivered within 5-10 business days from ship date. For more information, please read Shipping Information section.

Why is my order delayed?

Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours. If your Order Status indicates that your order has not yet shipped but the merchandise is in stock, this could be the result of one of the following:

  • We were unable to obtain a proper credit approval for your purchase
  • We were provided a credit card billing address that could not be verified with your credit card issuer

Please note that it’s important to provide phone number, so that we may reach you to discuss any problems with your order.

How do I track my order?

To track your order status sign in to your Radiant RG-CELL account. Go to the account details page where you can see the status of all your current and past orders. You can also check your order status on Order Tracking page.

In addition, we will send you another email confirmation after your order has shipped to track delivery of your package.

What if I would like to have my package delivered overnight?

At this time, overnight service is only available in the US through our Customer Service Center. For rushed delivery, please call (877) 840-6100, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm EST. One of our Order Entry Operators will be happy to process your order. Additional fee will be applied.

When is the Customer Service Center open?

Our Customer Service department is open 8 am-7 pm EST Monday-Friday to answer your questions.

What if the product I ordered on the site looks different than the product I received?

We periodically update the packaging of our products, so it’s possible that you may receive a product that looks slightly different from what is depicted on the site. If you still feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Service Center at (877) 840-6100, or through our Contact Form.


What is the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol?

To clarify how long you can use your product once you opened it, Period After Opening (PAO) sign is used. Try finding “open jar” sign with a number followed by the letter M, , where number indicates how many months the product can be safely used for after opening and appears as follows: pao12

Where is the alcohol in your extracts derived?

The alcohol used in our extracts is plants derived. It serves as a natural emulsifier, preservative and carrier, helping ingredients penetrate the skin. Our alcohol is derived from a fermentation and distillation process and is gluten-free.

Are your products Paraben free?

Yes, they are. We’re proud to have formulations which are free of all “hot list” chemicals. For more information about all the chemicals on that list click here.

Do you test on animals?

No! You can be absolutely certain that none of the Radiant RG-CELL Cosmeceuticals or any of the raw materials used in their manufacture have been tested on animals–either by us or by anyone on our behalf. Radiant Rg-CELL does not conduct or commission any animal testing in the safety assessments of our ingredients, formulations, finished products or any new product formulations. The raw materials and manufacturing processes we use are such that all the products can be safely tested on volunteers during development. We also believe that these tests are far more informative than any tests performed on animals.

How long will it take your products to have a noticeable effect on my skin?

A daily regimen of cleansing, toning and moisturizing with Radiant RG-CELL can produce noticeable effects within several days. A healthy lifestyle complements Radiant RG-CELL cosmeceuticals proper nutrition and a holistic skin care routine help restore balance to the skin.

Are your eye products ophthalmologically tested?

All products for use around or near the eye undergo ophthalmologic testing. All products are also dermatologically tested.

Can I use these products if I am pregnant or nursing?

All Radiant RG-CELL products and ingredients are evaluated to the highest quality and safety standards and regulations. Because Radiant RG-CELL skin care products are natural and contain none of the harsh and irritating ingredients that are found in many traditional products they are all perfect for pregnant women. However, if you have any concerns about using any product or ingredient while pregnant or nursing, we encourage you to discuss it with your doctor.
